- Topics covered (creativity, productivity, juggling multiple interests, creative lifestyle design, and anything that keeps people from creating, OR helps you get past what’s getting in the way)
- Format (mostly monologues, plus some interviews with inspiring people who are living full-color creative lives, and some live Q&As [register here to join me in the live audience!])
- Frequency (weekly — every Wednesday at 6:00am PT — plus periodic bonus episodes)
- Length (expect some variety — most episodes will probably run 20-30 minutes, but don’t be surprised if some episodes go much longer or much shorter!)
