Doodlebot is working on letting go today. Sometimes it’s hard to let go when something makes you angry. The important thing is to hold onto love, even through the anger.

Doodlebot is sleep-deprived today, from getting caught up in a good book last night. (Oh, Doodlebot, I understand, it happens to me, too!) When sleep-deprived, willpower is offline and lizard-brain takes over, so meditation, good nutrition, and exercise become *extra* important. (Plus a nap could be in Doodlebot’s future.) In the meantime, Doodlebot is grateful for central heating on this cold, rainy day! And for @susan.piver’s #openheartproject Sangha!

Doodlebot knows that the only way to create something new is to dive into uncertainty, and that’s scary. So Doodlebot’s motto for the new year is “fear means growth.” And “follow the fear.” Otherwise you’re just rehashing what you’ve already done, and what’s creative about that?
