So much good stuff is happening all over, it just makes sense to share it. Here’s what I’ve found recently that I think you’ll enjoy:
Creative Goddesses on Video
A Peek Inside a Creative’s Process
I love this video, by Andrea of ABCcreativity, on how she creates her creative courses and workshops. It’s almost like getting a peek inside her brain!
Cuteness Personified
You know how fun it is to watch little kids unwrap Christmas presents? This video of Michelle Nickolaisen unboxing her just-delivered copy of Catherine Caine’s DIY Magnificence is kinda like that. (Plus you get to see inside the package – way cool.)
(Bonus tip: if you didn’t catch my last post, you might have missed that Catherine is offering 30-minute marketing check-ups right now, gratis. She’s one sharp cookie, and knows how to direct her laser-focus to pinpoint exactly what you need to make your marketing dance. Check it out.)
Creative Goddess E-Books
Making Motion
Tara Gentile, philosopher of creative living and the force behind the amazing ScoutieGirl blog, has just released a new e-book, Making Motion (affiliate), that I highly recommend. It’s short and sweet, a “digital kick-in-the-pants” to help you find your first steps & the momentum you’ll need to reach your objectives.
Plus at only $8, what’s not to love?
New Photography E-Book from a TAP Member
My Thriving Artists Project member, Tobi Lowrance Mattingly, recently came out with a new e-book for photographers: Shoot Actors, Make Money: A Guide to Actor Headshots from an Acting Industry Insider. If you’re a photographer looking for a new income source, you might check out out. I got a look at the draft, and Tobi does a great job of explaining why headshots are “low-hanging fruit” for photographers, and how to go about effectively plucking it.
Tobi’s even offering special pricing and bonuses from now to the official launch next Friday. Just sayin’. Plus you can download the first two chapters for free.
And no, I’m not an affiliate, so I receive no personal gain from sharing this with you. I just think Tobi’s made a great product, and I’d love so see people benefit from it.
That’s it for this dispatch! Find something interesting you want to share? Send it my way, and I’ll post it here and/or at 365 Days of Genius.
xo,
Melissa
