Rather than finish the WIP that is so close to being done, I decided to be rebellious and start a new one!
It always interests me how my initial (often negative) feelings about the marks on the page evolve as the piece evolves. Often the journey goes like this: “Huh. Well THAT didn’t work. Oh, well, let’s just keep going and see what happens.” “Hmmm… That looks kind of interesting…” “Wow.. I just want to keep looking at this… I think that must mean I’m liking it..!” Maybe the most fun part of the process is observing my own responses to what I’m making!
