The theme for this page is to try things I’m not naturally comfortable with. Specifically, overlapping pieces. I’ve noticed that my abstract drawings tend to have discrete shapes that do not touch or overlap with each other. It’s ridiculously challenging to resist that and intentionally make things touch and overlap!
Leaning into discomfort leads to growth. We shall see where this goes.
