There’s a great worksheet with this video—so simple, but I’m such a visual person, the visual layout of four columns somehow makes the concept easier for me to wrap my head around. I’ve been reading The Coaching Habit, by Michael Bungay Stanier of boxofcrayons.biz (highly recommended!), and throughout the book there are links to a page with these helpful videos that illustrate the concepts in a little more depth, or just from a slightly different perspective. This morning I did a little sketchnote of one of the videos, a short webinar called “How to Help Your Team Find Focus.” It was fun to flex those sketchnoting muscles again!
