Feeling very sliced today by iTunes, which rejected my podcast, for reasons unbeknownst to me! I’m still trying to figure out what the **** is going on, and how to fix it. 😖

Existing subscribers can apparently find the podcast fine, but if you’re not already a subscriber, The Creative Sandbox Way™ DOES NOT EXIST in iTunes. I am not a happy camper.

The recording was live when Jeff Harry and logged into the Zoom room, long before our “official interview” started, but the conversation for the first fifteen minutes was so interesting that I decided to keep it in.

Today is the first day I’ve had since the 21st without a packed agenda, whether a flight to catch or a speech to give, or a conference to attend. My body is WIPED OUT, and I am taking the morning to lounge around in bed and fully enjoy NOT having to be somewhere! What a luxury! I confess it’s hard for me to keep up my doodle practice when I’m traveling, because my routine is so out of whack, and I’m often in such a stressed-out state, getting from point A to point B. This morning it felt SO GOOD to take time to make a doodle in bed! 😊

Note to self: remember how much doodling lowers your stress level! Remember how it increases your willpower! Keep your doodle postcards and pens in an accessible pocket in your luggage, so you can whip them out at any moment! Maybe eventually the lesson will sink in…
